Abstract

Spirituality in workplace has caught snowballing attention of the popular literature and organizational practitioners; however it still is far 
away from being considered an established theory in management sciences. . Although there are innumerable articles available on workplace 
spirituality, still it lacks a comprehensive definition and elucidation of the concept owing to the complexity of the construct. In this article, the

practical applications of spirituality in the workplace.. It also provide a conceptual framework that covers the research in workplace
