Abstract

Spirituality in workplace has caught snowballing attention of the popular literature and organizational practitioners; however it still is far  away from being considered an established theory in management sciences. . Although there are innumerable articles available on workplace  spirituality, still it lacks a comprehensive definition and elucidation of the concept owing to the complexity of the construct. In this article, the  authors review various literature streams to explore what dimensions and attributes are considered to be important and effective in terms of authors review various literature streams to explore what dimensions and attributes are considered to be important and effective in terms of  practical applications of spirituality in the workplace.. It also provide a conceptual framework that covers the research in workplace  spirituality and its relationship with the comparatively under-researched constructs of organizational politics and employee wellness.
