Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers, review articles, or case studies that fall within the scope of the journal. Manuscripts must be prepared in MS Word format, using Times New Roman font (12 pt), 1.5 line spacing, and should follow a structured format including the title, abstract (150–250 words), 4–6 keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references. The title page should include the full title of the paper, names and affiliations of all authors, the corresponding author’s contact details, and ORCID IDs if available. All figures and tables should be properly numbered and cited within the text. Manuscripts must be written in clear, professional English and should be thoroughly proofread before submission. Authors must ensure that their work is original and free from plagiarism; any submission with high similarity will be rejected as per UGC/COPE guidelines. References must be formatted consistently in APA/MLA/Chicago style, as specified by the journal. A cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, highlighting the significance and originality of the work, must be attached with the manuscript. Submissions should be emailed to journal@iitmipu.ac.in with the subject line “Manuscript Submission – \[Paper Title]”. All

submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process, and authors will be notified of the editorial decision within 4–6 weeks. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright and publication declaration form.

Language Requirement

All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. The language should be formal, academic, and free from spelling or typographical errors. Authors are encouraged to ensure coherence, logical flow, and clarity throughout the text. If English is not the author’s first language, it is strongly recommended that the manuscript be reviewed or edited by a professional language editor before submission. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s language standards may be returned to the authors for revision prior to peer review.

Reviewing Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the research. In this process, both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other to maintain impartiality. Once a manuscript is received, it is initially screened by the editorial board for suitability and adherence to the journal’s guidelines. If found appropriate, it is then sent to two or more subject experts for detailed evaluation. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on its originality, clarity, methodology, theoretical or practical contribution, and overall academic merit. Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the manuscript may be accepted, accepted with minor or major revisions, or rejected. Authors are notified of the editorial decision along with reviewer comments within an estimated period of 4–6 weeks. Revised manuscripts, if required, must be resubmitted within the specified time for final evaluation before publication.
