Abstract

The opinion paper explores the dimensions of smart education post the advent of National Education Policy of 2020 in India and aims to understand how the problem of knowledge gap can be addressed through the integration of digital technologies in higher education. The paper explores the different aspects of NEP 2020 and its blueprint for integration of digital
technologies and to what extent they address the concerns of the knowledge gap theory in context of India.
