RRJPER follows a double-blind peer review process to maintain fairness and academic integrity. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous during the review process. Each manuscript is first screened by the editorial board for relevance, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines. Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two expert reviewers who evaluate the paper based on originality, clarity, methodology, contribution to knowledge, and ethical standards. The editorial board makes the final decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection) based on reviewers’ recommendations. This rigorous process ensures that only high-quality and reliable research is published.
