Author guidelines
1. Length: Research papers, reflective articles/critical reviews should be within 4000 to 5000
words.
2. Abstract: A concise and factual abstract of 150-200 words is required. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions.
3. Keywords: After the abstract authors must provide a maximum of 5 keywords.
4. Research Paper Structure: The main research paper should include:
- Introduction
- Review of Related Literature
- Objectives
- Statement of the Problem under Study
- Hypotheses
- Methodology
- Analysis, Results and Discussion
- References, in accordance with APA Edition 7 (Max 10)
Conceptual/reflective papers should have at least three sections: i) Background/Introduction;
ii) Main section with sub-sections; and iii) Discussions/ Implications. - References, inaccordance with APA Edition 7 (Max 10)
5. Style: Manuscript should bewritten in
- English- Font: Times New Roman, Text in font size 12 and Headings in font size 14, double spaced, 1" margin all round.
- Hindi- Font: Kruti Dev/Mangal, Text in font size 12 and Headings in font size 14, double spaced, 1" margin all round.
6. References: References as per latest Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition.
7. Tables and Figures: Tables and Figures should be numbered consecutively by Arabic numerals (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.)
8. Authors' name and affiliation: All the identification details of the authors including complete name, professional affiliation (specifying the city and country), institute's name, mobile number and e-mail addresses must be provided. Brief professional biographies (50-80 words) should also be attached.
9. Submission of soft copy of the paper is mandatory. Softcopy should contain full text of the paper in MS word not in PDF, including notes, reference, tables, charts and maps in the appropriate format.
- Plagiarism Report: Allresearch papers and reflective articles must be accompanied with a plagiarism report. Plagiarism report should be submitted with the manuscript, only less than 10 percent plagiarism papers will proceed for peer review process.
10. Further considerations
- Manuscriptshould be 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked”
- Allreferences mentioned in the Reference List must be cited in the text and vice versa.
