Eduspectra – Copyright and Licensing Policy
Eduspectra, the Education Journal of the Army Institute of Education, recognizes and respects the intellectual property rights of authors and is committed to the ethical dissemination of scholarly knowledge in the field of education.
Copyright OwnershipAuthors publishing in Eduspectra retain the copyright of their work. Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in both print and electronic formats, and to include it in indexing services, databases, and academic repositories.
Author RightsAuthors are permitted to reuse their published work for academic, research, and educational purposes. They may share the published version on personal or institutional websites and scholarly repositories, present the work at conferences or seminars, and adapt or extend the content in future publications, provided that appropriate acknowledgment and citation of the original publication in Eduspectra is maintained.
Licensing and DistributionEduspectra follows an open-access publication model. This facilitates non-commercial use, sharing, and reproduction of the work with proper attribution to the authors and the journal.
Third-Party ContentAuthors are solely responsible for securing permission to use any copyrighted third-party material, including tables, figures, illustrations, or images. Evidence of such permissions must be submitted along with the manuscript.
Infringement PolicyAny form of copyright violation, including plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party content, will result in rejection of the manuscript or retraction of the published article. Such violations may also invite further action in accordance with the ethical guidelines and policies of Eduspectra.
